Delivery

We hold the majority of items at our warehouse premises and they are available for immediate dispatch. All of the items on our website show an expected delivery time to the customer, these are longest dispatch times and we will always try to dispatch quicker the time stated. Please login to your userid on the website to check the status of your order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU REQUEST A  DELIVERY TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE REGISTERED CARDHOLDER ADDRESS WE REQUIRE YOU TO PROVIDE THE REGISTERED CARDHOLDERS LANDLINE TELEPHONE NUMBER, MOBILE NUMBERS ALONE ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. WE ARE UNABLE TO DISPATCH AN ITEM IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION.

For items we hold in stock the following delivery conditions apply:

Items under £50 value and less than 2.5kg will be sent by Royal Mail. If ordered before 3pm items will be sent same day. We will always ensure that items have sufficient postal insurance to cover their value.

Items over £50 value or that weigh greater than 2.5kg will be sent via next day courier service. Items ordered before 2pm will be sent on the day of order, items ordered after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. The cost of overnight courier service is £6.95 per item for items up to 25kg. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are calculated on weight.

Items sent by Royal Mail will be cheaper than this and their cost will be shown at the checkout.

If you live in the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or Scilly Isles an additional postage surcharge is applicable, please email us in advance with your full postcode for courier cost.

Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

All items sent by courier will require a signature on delivery so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. If the couriers are unable to deliver your item they will place a card through your door detailing what to do to rearrange delivery or arrange collection in person from their depot. Unfortunately we are unable to specify a time for delivery.

If an item is returned to us undelivered there will be a redelivery charge, payable before we dispatch the goods again.

Items in excess £99 value will be sent free of charge.
