Payments

You may pay via the online checkout using any of the major credit and debit cards. We do not accept AMEX, JCB or Diners Club cards.

All credit/debit card payments are processed by Protx. Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI), and adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening to ensure that customer’s details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

We can also accept online payment by PayPal.

If you prefer not to use your credit/debit card online, you are welcome to place your order and pay via the telephone. If you wish to place an order by phone please call us on 01494 433312.

We are also happy to accept payment by cheque made payable to ‘HMF Fixings’. Cheques should be sent to:

If you wish to pay by cheque please be aware that we will not be able to dispatch your goods until the funds have cleared into our account, usually within 3-5 working days from receipt of your cheque.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.  If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective we will, at our discretion, either supply a replacement product or issue a full refund. Such refunds or replacements will only be issued once we have received and inspected the original product. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

All returns must include the original receipt as issued by HMF.
Products we are Unable to Refund or Exchange:

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel your order you must advise us by email (contact us)  within 24 hours of placing the order. If you advise after this time then our refund policy will apply. If you cancel your order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price.
